More About This Property

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a flatmate for a single occupancy room in a 2bhk. The room has an attached private bathroom and an attached balcony. There is a common kitchen as well with an attached balcony. It's semifurnished, there's a huge cupboard, fans, lights, etc. I have a fridge and stove which I'm willing to share. AC will have to be rented separately if you need it. I need someone who can keep the common areas clean and can clean up after themselves. I've had problems with previous flatmates not doing so. So please don't contact if you don't think you can do it. The room will be available at the first of October. No restrictions. Total rent - 20k + 500 maintenance (10250 per person) Deposit - 50k per person. Location - Kodambakkam
